Shipping Policy, Returns, Exchange Policy, & Product Usage Disclaimer



Wheat Street Trade Co. will accept returns on all unused products within 30 days of purchase.  If products are deemed faulty and have already been used, most are under manufacturer warranty.  If this is the case, please contact us and we can provide their contact information and the procedure for warranties, or we can file the warranty claim for you and save you the trouble! Please contact us with any questions by phone or email.

Please note that in order to issue a warranty through us, our suppliers require a short video of the defective product (or picture if video isn't necessary). You can send those to WheatStreetTrade@gmail.com and we will process that warranty for you.

If, by chance, you receive the wrong product or if you believe you didn't receive product that you ordered, we MUST be contacted within 7 days of receiving the order to process the return/exchange.

 

SHIPPING: 

We make our best attempt to get orders out the same day they are placed. However, if an order is placed after 3:30 PM CST, it will most likely go out the next day. If your order is urgent, please call us at 785-266-8273, and we can try to make arrangements to get your order out the same day. There are no guarantees that your order will get out the same day, but it usually will if placed before 3:30 PM CST.
